I have an eclectic approach to therapy, as I don't believe that one size fits all.

I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families. I work with clients who are dealing with relationship issues, communication breakdowns, and other life struggles.

My approach in therapy sessions is client-centered in order to make sure you feel heard. I also use CBT and DBT amongst other methods during sessions.

My communication style

My sessions are safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming. I provide a warm atmosphere where my clients feel comfortable opening up and sharing because they feel heard.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to be a therapist began with my career as a teacher. I found that my students would rather sit and talk to me than learning math. Going back to school for counseling put my compassion for guiding others through their journey on display.
