Hi there, I'm Fik!

For over 12 years, I have practiced experiential psychotherapy, helping clients connect more deeply with themselves and their lived experiences. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC. I came to this work in midlife, guided by a deep passion for psychology and to support self-awareness, emotional clarity, and meaningful change in my clients.

My focus

I work with adults with a wide range of life challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, lack of meaning, loneliness, helplessness, low self-worth, adjustment/cultural-related problems, and other life struggles.

My approach

My work is grounded in Humanistic psychology and centers on the transformative power of the relationship between therapist and client. I focus on growth rather than pathology, and on understanding the whole person rather than isolating a single aspect of their experience. I am also committed to ongoing self-reflection and personal work.
