My journey to mental healthcare

Both of my parents were mental health providers, and in hindsight, this likely influenced my decision to pursue psychiatry. From an early age, I was taught that being part of a community comes with the responsibility to contribute to it.

I prioritize a collaborative and individualized approach by understanding your perspective, engaging in discussion, setting SMART goals, and regularly reviewing progress while providing support and encouragement throughout.
