I help clients resolve depression, trauma, women's issues, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. My practice is rooted in compassion and a deep commitment to supporting you through life's most difficult moments.

My focus

I work with women, men, and adults who struggle with depression, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and grief. I especially support women of color in changing narratives of always being the strong one and embracing vulnerability and healing.

My communication style is open, warm, caring, funny, and non-judgmental. Through compassion and a desire to see you succeed, offering a safe and supportive space is number one as I work side by side to help you overcome life's challenges.

My journey to mental healthcare

I'm a huge empath. I hurt when I see others hurting and often feel what others feel in different situations. I wanted to be the person to help people overcome life's most trying moments and support all women in healing, loving, and embracing themselves again.

I use a collaborative approach with techniques that allow you to think differently and look at situations in alternative ways, all while ensuring you remain in the driver's seat of your care and treatment.

During your first session, let's just talk. Take a deep breath and relax. I want to learn about you and what brought you here. We'll discuss any symptoms and challenges you're experiencing, and I'll work with you to develop a treatment plan with goals you set for yourself.
