Hi there, I'm Taisir!

Thanks for taking the time to read about me. I love helping people learn about themselves, gain confidence, set goals/take action, and generally level up in life! Alongside being a therapist, I've taught dance, yoga, and group fitness for many years. I'm a mom of a 26-year-old and an animal lover with 5 cats, a dog, and a ball python.

My focus

I currently work with adults seeking support through a variety of life transitions, such as grief/loss, anxiety/stress, growth/self-esteem, and communication/relationship challenges. We will collaborate together as I help you navigate toward your goals for personal well-being.

My approach

I mainly use ACT (valued living/brain-based mindfulness) and Expressive Arts ( writing, drawing, etc., for exploration - you don't have to be an artist!) Both of these approaches help process difficult emotions, get unstuck, improving self esteem, nurturing self expression, and build new or more helpful habits.
