I typically work with clients who have had something traumatic occur in their lives, and they are struggling with moving forward. I am skilled in working with clients who have post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and anxiety.
My approach
My approach to treatment is a cognitive behavioral approach where clients are gently guided to gain an understanding of how their thoughts and feelings impact their behavior. Changing unhealthy thoughts is the first step in changing one's perspective and behaviors.
