My communication style

Clients are encouraged to come as you are and expect to be heard and respected without judgment during our sessions. I am incredibly accepting and tolerant of others because I truly understand each one of us has their own unique experiences in life.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I've always been drawn to listening and connecting with people. As a child, I loved asking others how they were and hearing their stories. Growing up, I saw the impact of my mother's work as a social worker, and it inspired me. Supporting others has always felt like my purpose.

My goals for you

When setting goals with clients, I believe they already know what they want but may feel stuck or unsure how to get there. Together, we explore the barriers holding them back and identify practical steps to overcome them. My approach is collaborative, empowering clients to reconnect with their strengths and move toward meaningful change.

Our first session

In our first session, you'll find a welcoming and relaxed space where you can be yourself. I'll ask questions to get to know you and what brought you here. Together, we'll explore your goals and start uncovering what's been holding you back. It's a conversation, not an interrogation. I'm here to support, not judge.
