Hi there, I'm Paul!

I work with individuals, families, couples, and groups. I like to meet my clients where they are, and journey with them to where they would like to be. I respect all people, despite their backgrounds and beliefs.

My focus

I work with clients who deal with ADHD, PTSD, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, anger management, adjustment challenges, academic concerns, addiction, marriage and family problems, parenting issues, and other mental health concerns.

My approach

I offer therapy using a variety of treatment modalities such as cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness therapy, and person-centered therapy.

My communication style

I maintain a normal tone. I like a calm and quiet environment in my counseling sessions. I like to listen attentively to my clients when they talk so as to understand what they are presenting in the session.
