Hi there, I'm Renete!

I partner with my clients to take the highlight off of issues and guide them towards solutions. Clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and parenting benefit from an individualized treatment plan that utilizes the client's strengths to help them heal.

Working with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, women's issues, career, and life coaching are areas that I service.

My most common theoretical approaches used are CBT, DBT, MBCT, and Person-Centered therapy.

I have worked in the Social/Behavioral field for several years with proven client success. I enjoy assisting clients with creating and implementing healthy coping skills, increasing their problem-solving skills, and improving their positive personal effectiveness.

My goals for you

The client is the expert on their life, so goal setting is created with the client's input, and the therapist assists the client with creating goals that are realistic, healthy, and attainable.

The intake session is used to gather background information from the client and assess what the client hopes to obtain help with while participating in therapy.
