I work with individuals from age 6 to geriatrics, specializing in anxiety, depression, irritability, anger, sleep disturbances, ADD, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Psychiatry became my passion through witnessing the positive changes mental health care brings. I actively listen and work with you to create the right treatment plan.

I use evidence-based medication management combined with motivational interviewing and a person-centered approach. This allows me to better understand your needs and provide the best possible care. I involve you in every step of the treatment process to ensure we create a plan that truly works for you.

Sessions are calm, warm, and open-minded. I actively listen and make you feel heard and valued as a person. My goal is to create a space where you feel human and respected, not just another appointment. Patients often share that they feel truly listened to in our work together.

My journey to mental healthcare

When I started working in psychiatry, it became my passion. I've worked in inpatient crisis units and private practice, serving individuals from age 6 to geriatrics. I've come to realize that when you love what you do, it no longer truly is work. I love seeing the positive changes mental health care brings to people's lives.
