Hi there, I'm Bolanle!

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Chatham University. I specialize in treating ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions. My approach is patient-centered, evidence-based, and compassionate.

My focus

I provide evidence-based care for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. Of Note: I treat ADHD using non-stimulant medications only. FMLA, disability, and related forms are completed after a minimum of 4 visits.

My approach

I adopt a holistic and patient-centered approach to mental healthcare, integrating various frameworks to address your unique needs. I draw upon psychodynamic and interpersonal theories to understand underlying psychological factors, and incorporate cognitive-behavioral techniques to identify and modify maladaptive thought patterns and behaviors.
