My expertise includes helping individuals overcome debilitating anxiety and panic reactions, depressive disorders, and psychotic disorders. A major portion of my practice focuses on improving parent-child relationships and addressing school-related challenges.
My approach
I work with unresolved grief, anger, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, self-harm behaviors, addictions, self-esteem, relationship issues, stress management, and LGBTQ concerns. I'm experienced in conducting group programs for anger management and grief recovery.
