My communication style includes soft tones and listening ears in a relaxed environment. I ask open-ended questions to ensure understanding, clarity, and engagement. Respect and honesty are always present in our work together. I explore events with empathy, care, and concern for your needs. Patience and encouragement occur throughout each session.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a provider began when I became curious about how people developed critical illnesses and why some couldn't or wouldn't fight through them. I knew I could make a positive impact. I found my calling in seeing individuals choose to fight no matter the circumstances. What a blessing to be that encourager of positive change!

My goals for you

I begin goal setting by exploring with my client what goals and skills are necessary for my client to accomplish them. We'll agree on a committed plan regarding the time and effort we need to invest in positive change. Together, we'll establish a working schedule that respects both our needs as we move forward to conquer your goals.

Our first session

During the first session with you, we will have a relaxing conversation to address any concerns and needs. We'll review the privacy paperwork to answer any questions. Once an agreement is established, we'll set a tentative schedule and develop a safety plan for your well-being. Thank you for making this decision towards positive change.
