Finding your way and your voice is a journey. Each person and each journey is unique. I focus on empowering clients to recognize their worth and build the life they desire. I am trained in accelerated resolution therapy, trauma and am a Certified Addictions Professional.

I have always had a passion for helping others. I do think that has shifted and changed over the years, but helping has always been my passion.

My goals for you

I assist clients with meeting their goals by starting with the end in mind. Treatment planning begins on day one, and while it may evolve during our time together, we always have a roadmap for where we are trying to go.

In the first session together, we will complete an assessment so that I can better understand you and your needs, begin the treatment planning process, and get to know each other as therapy is a collaborative effort.
