I work with a diverse population of clients facing various challenges. As a military spouse, mom of four, and survivor of past trauma, I bring empathy and real-world experiences to our work together. My hope is that through therapy, you'll see improvements and gain the tools you need for a healthier you.

I specialize in trauma and anxiety, and work with clients of all ages dealing with ADHD, BPD, Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD. I've worked in private practice, in-home settings, crisis, and clinics with children and adults.
