I have spent in the mental health field in community mental health settings and private practice. I have worked with individuals of all ages and various issues, from depression, anxiety, grief, LGBTQ, ADHD, and anger management, just to name a few.

My focus includes working with adolescents and adults. I am comfortable working with issues related to depression, anxiety, grief (loss of a loved one, pet, divorce, job, etc.), life transitions, ADHD/ODD, LGBTQ, and anger management.
