My communication style

I work with clients to provide them with a safe, empathetic environment where they can understand their presenting issues. Clients will also have an opportunity to learn and implement positive coping skills to improve the quality of their lives. I attempt to make clients feel comfortable and build rapport and trust with them.

My journey to mental healthcare

I initially started in Pre-Med but then realized that this was not my path. Psychology was my calling, and it made so much more sense to me. I love working with people as it is very rewarding and fulfilling.

My goals for you

We work collaboratively to identify your goals and the steps needed to reach them. I help you develop practical coping skills and strategies that you can use in your daily life. Together, we track your progress and adjust our approach as needed to ensure you're moving toward the changes you want to see.

Our first session

During the first session, I usually go over paperwork, therapy goals, and presenting problems. I answer any questions you might have and share information about my background. This is a time for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together.
