I work with teenagers and adults through a variety of mental health diagnoses and circumstances, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and more!

I personalize my approach based on each client's needs, but often use CBT, positive psychology, and trauma-focused approaches.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been passionate about health, but when studying to be a dietitian, I realized mental health was at the core of every area of health. I knew I wanted to help clients get to the root of what they are struggling with so that all their areas of health could be their best!
