Hi there, I'm Julianne!

Feeling overwhelmed or in need of support? I'm here to help clients process anxiety, depression, and trauma through empathy and encouragement. My goal is to help you feel heard so that you can make changes and become better equipped to deal with life's challenges.

My focus

I work with teens and adults navigating challenges due to pregnancy and postpartum, anxiety, depression, and trauma. We will work together to build coping skills and make a plan to achieve your goals.

My approach

I use elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you explore the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My approach is collaborative, giving you the tools to set and achieve goals and be an active participant in our work together. I also incorporate elements of other therapies to find what works best for each individual.
