Hi there, I'm Shannon!

I provide clients a safe space to share openly and honestly, to recover from challenges, and to learn new skills to live more effectively. My authentic, relatable approach is based on the latest healing research. I love to work with people from all ages and stages of life, especially those who struggle with substance use or trauma histories.

My focus

I am experienced and skilled in helping people recover from traumatic experiences, substance use, and mood disorders (anxiety and depression).

My approach

I take a client-guided, evidence-based approach to care. I use motivational interviewing as well as cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy approaches, internal family systems, inner child, somatic and energy-based approaches to pursue holistic healing - mind, emotions, body, spirit, and social network.
