My authentic, relatable approach is based on the latest healing research. I love to work with people from all ages and stages of life, especially those who struggle with substance use or trauma histories.

I am experienced and skilled in helping people recover from traumatic experiences, substance use, and mood disorders (anxiety and depression).
My approach
I take a client-guided, evidence-based approach to care. I use motivational interviewing as well as cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy approaches, internal family systems, inner child, somatic and energy-based approaches to pursue holistic healing - mind, emotions, body, spirit, and social network.
