I have been working in the field of mental health, supporting individuals through life's challenges with compassion and dedication.

My experience includes working with clients utilizing telesessions and in-person in community and hospital settings. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds with various diagnoses, including dual-diagnosis, substance abuse, severe persistent mental illness, behavioral issues, depression, mania, and anxiety.

My approach

I utilize a fusion of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy.

When it comes to setting goals, I do my best to understand what my clients want out of life, what they want to achieve, and how dedicated they are to achieving their goals. I assist my clients with creating a plan of action, revising as needed, which outlines the steps required to successfully aid them in reaching their goals.
