I create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and can express their true emotions. Clients feel empowered to share their genuine thoughts and feelings. I use open-ended questions so you can explore how you truly feel, and active listening to ensure you are heard correctly.

My journey to mental healthcare

I worked in corrections, where I saw many people who wouldn't be there if they had someone to help guide them on life's journey. I realized that we all need some guidance on our journey. I just want to help you live your best life.

My goals for you

Often, clients come up with big goals. I help them break it down into manageable, attainable steps. Through motivational interviewing and active listening, I understand where you want to go. After discussing it further, we create a plan to get there.

Our first session

In the first session, we complete some paperwork like informed consent. Next, I want to know more about you, how you grew up, and what brought you here. I want to understand your story and how you ended up sitting before me.
