Hi there, I'm Katrice!

I am excited to support you in your journey. I have worked in social services, inpatient mental health, foster care, special education, and school mental health. I am passionate about helping people reach their goals and develop lifelong wellness.

My focus

My clients seek help with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, personal development, stress management, parenting, trauma, relationships, and communication issues. I also work with clients seeking pre-marriage counseling. Once we identify your therapy goals, I will tailor an approach to meet your unique needs.

My approach

I offer a place for you to feel valued for who you are, exactly as you are. I will ask questions and help you process the answers. I will reflect back to you on your values and feelings so that you can make the best choices for your life. I will carry the hope that things can change even when you are not able to see a path through.
