Hi there, I'm Michael!
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with individuals or groups. I began my career in an inpatient facility, then an IOP for addiction, and now I primarily serve those with trauma, addiction, and/or neurodivergence. I treat those with ADHD, Autism, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, OCD, and anyone who feels out of control.
My focus
My clients are tired of managing things alone and are ready to try something new to solve problems and regain a sense of control over their lives. My clients often find daily activities to be nearly impossible or see themselves slipping on things they once had control over. Typically, I treat: ADHD, Autism, Addiction, Trauma, and Mood Disorders.
My approach
I primarily use Attachment and Systems Theory to formulate my understanding of a client. Then I use a mix of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing techniques - catered to each client - to help people find answers and solutions.
