Do you shadowbox memories from the past? Do you struggle to live in the present because of intrusive thoughts from past events? My practice is for those unable to experience joy or move forward in daily life due to previous traumatic events. There is a way out of the darkness and a path to peace. Together we can find it.

My focus

I work with individuals who have experienced types of trauma—from minor traumatic events to long-term maltreatment. I help clients build coping skills and set personal goals that are achievable and empowering. I help adults, teens, and children work through debilitating memories and cope with difficult emotions.

My approach

I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other modalities to meet the needs of individual clients.
