Hi there, I'm Bianca!
I am an LPC, and I work with high-functioning adults, especially women, who are successful on the outside but overwhelmed, anxious, or unseen in their relationships. With over 10 years of therapy experience, I help people understand their patterns, trust themselves again, and stop carrying everything alone.
My focus
I primarily support high-achieving adults who struggle with anxiety, people pleasing, burnout, and relational trauma. Many are in helping roles or leadership positions and feel responsible for everyone else. Together, we work on boundaries, voice, and emotional clarity.
My approach
I take a warm and collaborative approach. I integrate EMDR, parts work, body awareness, and cognitive tools to look at both the roots of your struggles and what is happening now. We explore how past relationships shaped you and how those patterns show up in your present life.
