Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you've spent a lot of time trying to navigate the world as a neurodivergent adult or while managing anxiety, depression, or family challenges. I work with adults 18 and older, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients, in a warm, compassionate, and straightforward way using CBT, ACT, and EFT lens.
