My therapeutic approach is primarily psychodynamic and psychoanalytic. I believe the client-centered approach is essential to building rapport and a comfortable environment. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Couples Therapy, Family Systems, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing based on your needs.
