I know how abuse can lead to anxiety, never feeling good enough, and always second-guessing yourself. I can help you navigate this pain and assist you in understanding it and breaking free from your own negative thoughts.
My approach
I utilize acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, and mindfulness techniques. Life is full of stressors we cannot completely eradicate, as new stressors continually arise. I assist clients on how to live with these stressors by allowing them to feel their anxiety or depression and understand it.
