I typically work with clients aged 18-80 years. Anxiety and depression are the most common conditions bringing individuals into therapy. I am most comfortable working with clients who are seeking non-judgmental support, strength-based solutions, and a holistic approach to improve quality of life.

I utilize the following approaches: CBT, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Holistic, Strength-Based, Mindfulness, and Relaxation Techniques based on clients' therapeutic needs and preferences.

My journey to mental healthcare

For me, becoming a therapist was a lifelong dream. I've spent most of my life in conversations with others about all things life and enjoying every second of that! Supporting, encouraging, and partnering with a person who is navigating a life challenge is one of life's most rewarding events.

A first session involves introductions, explaining practice policies and helpful information, evaluating clients' symptoms and immediate needs, explaining therapeutic approach, scheduling and availability, and client feedback.
