I’m a dual board-certified psychiatric mental health and adult primary care nurse practitioner providing personalized care for adolescents and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and sleep concerns, with a focus on helping patients feel heard, supported, and involved in their care.

I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, CBT-informed strategies, and motivational interviewing to create a treatment plan that fits each patient’s needs and life.
