I am a warm, empathetic and inquisitive therapist who values collaboration and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. I enjoy partnering with clients to deepen self-awareness and to better understand the root causes of maladaptive symptoms, as well as recurring thought and behavior patterns.
My focus
My ideal client may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted, often carrying anxiety, stress, trauma, or unresolved relational patterns. They may notice recurring thoughts or behaviors that no longer serve them. I offer a collaborative therapeutic space where clients can safely explore the root causes of their distress.
My approach
My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic, recognizing that mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects of a person are deeply interconnected and must be addressed together in the therapeutic space. I draw from a variety of evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, including psychodynamic techniques, mindfulness, and CBT.
