It is my passion for people and relationships that led me to this profession. I enjoy working with individuals searching for better ways to manage stress, anger, depression, and anxiety.

My goals for you

I believe that almost everyone can benefit from therapy if only they will allow themselves that privilege. Therapy is an opportunity to heal our past and be mindful and intentional about our present and our future. It is our opportunity to re-evaluate what is not serving us well and to make conscious choices.

It would be my pleasure to help you navigate your feelings through this therapeutic alliance. We'll explore what brings you in today, look at some of your unhealthy automatic thought patterns, and provide strategies for beginning to look at situations in a more helpful way.
