My approach
I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to address mental health challenges. DBT teaches mindfulness and skills for emotional regulation and relationships. Cognitive Therapy helps identify and change negative thought patterns. ACT encourages accepting feelings while taking value-based action.
