My communication style is direct and firm. I am often told I am a reality therapist. I am empathetic, and I encourage clients to think for themselves. I am merely here to aid you in your journey.

My journey to mental healthcare

My driving force is to help others. It started as a desire to help family members overcome obstacles and grew into a true passion. Sometimes all you need is a listening ear and a little guidance to get you back on track.

My goals for you

I find it important to allow clients to determine where they would like to start in the treatment goal process. You are the expert. We will work together to formulate a treatment plan that suits your individual needs.

Our first session

The client should expect engaging dialogue between the client and therapist while building rapport. We are vetting one another to be sure we are a good therapeutic match.
