I typically work with high-functioning men struggling with chronic overthinking, mental exhaustion, difficulty making confident decisions, and feeling stuck despite putting effort into improving their lives. I’m most comfortable supporting clients managing stress, pressure, and feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day responsibilities.

I was drawn to this work because I believe people have the capacity to grow in meaningful ways, and I wanted to be part of that process. I'm passionate about helping people reflect, gain insight, and become the version of themselves they want to be. It's not just a job—it's work I genuinely care about.
