My focus

I work with adolescents and adults struggling to navigate the challenges of human existence due to anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges. Helping you develop greater insight and learn coping skills to manage or work through the factors that are getting in the way of your life goals.

My approach

I will work collaboratively with you to identify your mental health needs and empower you to use your existing strengths to work through challenges that are getting in the way of your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for helping others work through challenging situations from a very young age eventually led me to pursue a career as a therapist. Developing strong rapport with clients and helping them gain insight into and work through the challenges that have brought them to therapy.

Because I will never know you better than you know yourself, working with you to identify goals that will help you better understand and work through the challenges that brought you to treatment must be a collaborative effort. Throughout our work together, we will develop a clear, attainable plan to achieve those goals.
