Hi there, I'm Nia!
I’m a Baltimore native with seven years of experience as a therapist, and my work is deeply shaped by the communities that raised me. I earned my degree from the Whitney M. Young Jr. School of Social Work at Clark Atlanta University, where I strengthened my passion for helping others to heal and grow.
My focus
Struggling with anxious thoughts or self-doubt? I work with young adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. Together, we’ll build coping skills and create a personalized growth plan that feels empowering and achievable.
My approach
As a black woman therapist, I bring a person-centered approach that honors your unique experiences and inner wisdom. I strive to build a genuine, collaborative relationship where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
