My experience working with clients who have a variety of mental health issues has taught me the importance of listening and compassion in helping others achieve their goals. I saw how important a good therapist is to this process, which led me to become a counselor focused on creating meaningful change.

Clients who benefit most from my approach are ready for change, recognize that what they have been doing has not been working, and are looking for help to understand themselves better and work together as a team to make needed changes. I have specialized training in trauma, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
