Hi there, I'm Lisa!

My goal is to provide compassionate, holistic mental health and wellness care to help you achieve greater well-being, self-awareness, and personal growth. My practice is dedicated to treating the whole person - mind, body, and spirit - through an integrative approach that blends evidence-based psychotherapy with complementary healing modalities.

My focus

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, but I’m particularly drawn to adults, young adults, and teens who are navigating anxiety, trauma and complex trauma (C-PTSD), substance use, life transitions, health and wellness concerns, and spiritual or existential questions. I also have a strong interest in integrative mental health.

My approach

I approach psychotherapy as a collaborative, integrative process that honors the whole person; mind, body, and spirit, while staying firmly grounded in evidence-based care. My aim is not to “fix” people, but to help them reconnect with their own capacity for healing, clarity, and choice in the midst of real-life complexity.
