Hi there, I'm Amanda!

I believe everyone has what they need inside to heal. Taking the step to reach out is brave; paired with my resources, I know we could make a great team on your healing path. I work with ADHD, addictions, and trauma.

My focus

I work with those navigating depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, negative self-talk, trauma, spirituality, identity issues, grief, shame, and executive functioning challenges.

My approach

I use EMDR and ketamine-assisted therapy with a skill-building approach to mental health. I'm comfortable incorporating breath work, meditation, art expression, and other forms of subconscious work to get clients unstuck. I love working with clients in various steps of recovery.

My communication style

I believe in being honest with clients in a compassionate way. Because I am an unbiased party in your life, I build a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable sharing when something isn't working and feel productive after each session.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've had a sense of wonder and curiosity about human experience since childhood. I originally sought to work with grief clients, but wonderful mentors saw my potential and helped guide me toward where I feel most honored: working with clients on traumatic experiences, shame, and executive functioning.

During the first session, you'll get a feel for who I am as a therapist, and we'll discuss your background and current goals. It's an information-gathering session for me and an opportunity for you to interview me to see if I'm a good fit.
