I have a background in Psychology and Sociology, with advanced training in Professional Counseling. I'm passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges and find their path forward.

I have experience providing counseling services to a variety of individuals, including adolescents and adults, in various settings within the community and in schools. I specialize in working with clients experiencing depression, addiction, marital, family, self-esteem, and behavior issues.

My approach

I use a client-centered approach and believe it's important to establish great rapport with each client. We can learn from one another, and the more I get to know you, the better I can assist you. My job is to be a support system and guide as you journey along the path of finding yourself and growing.

I try my best to create a warm and open therapeutic environment where each client can feel comfortable sharing and opening up. I am a great listener, but also provide helpful feedback that fosters growth and resilience.
