My journey to mental healthcare

Working in the mental health field is a passion that has allowed me to give others life-changing support. Today, I can offer compassion, inspire hope, and teach the skills to overcome challenges. This is mind-blowing, and I have decided on this path, and I pray that the Almighty God will give me the strength to touch more lives.

I am very plain and direct. Our first meeting should be, if you believe that there is a problem that needs a solution or change. Two key elements for successful health behavior change are that the patient must have the desire to change and the confidence that they can change. Only then can I help you establish a workable process for change.
