My communication style

I offer a warm, open space of communication where you can feel supported, challenged, heard and valued as person. I like to express to clients that "we are simply having a conversation", one that invites insight, offers support, and that is clear and open for you to get the most from this experience.

My journey to mental healthcare

This journey placed a calling and passion in my heart in early adolescence. Through life experiences and an innate desire to be helpful and present for others, I started this career and will continue to show up for my clients and myself by doing what I love.

My goals for you

During the start, we will collaborate together on what goals you have for therapy. It is important to know that goals will and could change over time as you continue in insight during therapy. We will navigate and explore that together.

Our first session

In the first session, it is a "get to know you" - learning about your life in context to family, work, social life, and what brought you to therapy. It is normal to feel some nerves prior to a first session and in following sessions, that settles as we become more familiar with each other and work together.
