I work with clients who are dealing with relationship issues, family issues, depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, unresolved trauma, unhealthy behavioral patterns, or a lack of coping skills. I welcome you to a safe space to be your true self so you can heal and become a better version of you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I have always been fascinated with learning about people's journeys in life. I have always wanted to hear their unique story. We are all very unique in some ways, but so similar in others. I want to help clients become the best version of themselves and reach their full potential.

Our first session will consist of us getting to know each other and discovering the reasons for seeking therapy. I will inquire about your background and together we will discuss what you want to obtain from therapy and set goals.
