I treat the whole individual using cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and rational emotive behavior therapy to help bring about understanding and change.

I will meet you where you are in the change process but also challenge you to achieve the change you desire. Counseling is about self-awareness and making changes to the unhelpful patterns we have developed.

Our first session will be understanding why you have chosen therapy. This is a time of reflecting on what is working well in your life and what needs improvement. I will also be gathering information about your background, childhood, friendships, work, health, and mental health history.
