I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationships, and personal growth. My approach is supportive, solution-focused, and mindfulness-informed, creating a safe space where clients can feel heard, and empowered.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, adjustment difficulties, low self-esteem, or emotional overwhelm. I am especially passionate about supporting clients who want to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and increase self-awareness.

I believe in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life challenges without judgment. I integrate mindfulness, solution-focused techniques and cognitive-behavioral strategies as well.

My journey to becoming a counselor was driven by a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges while discovering their strengths and potential for growth. Through my experiences in counseling, education, leadership, and working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
