I work with children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and ADHD. I utilize CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness to assist with symptom reduction and help you build skills for lasting change.

I have worked with clients affected by depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, self-esteem issues, ADHD, and LGBTQ concerns. I provide support for those affected by narcissistic relationships, prejudice, discrimination, and coping with life changes in general.

My counseling style is strength-based to meet you where you are at and work toward a common goal to develop coping skills while empowering you to live your best life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy.
