Hi there, I'm Bonnie!

I have been honored to assist a large number of clients in their journey to living their best lives. I have worked in many different settings with individuals, families, and couples. I love my work and look forward to continuing to serve clients on this platform.

My focus

I have worked with most mental health issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and forms of trauma. In addition to having a well-trained therapist, a client needs a therapist who is a good fit for them. My suggestion to anyone looking to begin this therapeutic journey is to find a therapist that they believe they can work well with.

My approach

The treatment modalities I use most would be Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. However, I have a lot of experience working with many other types of therapy and love to learn new skills. I believe that the treatment process should be tailored to the client.
