My communication style

I create a warm, grounding, and judgment-free space where clients feel seen, supported, and understood. Sessions with me feel collaborative, calming, and empowering as we work at a pace that feels safe and manageable. My goal is for clients to feel cared for, validated, and equipped with tools that help them thrive outside the session.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began with plans for law school, but while studying, I realized I was more drawn to the psychology behind human behavior than legal work. Through my own therapy and career counseling, I found clarity and discovered a deep passion for helping others heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting collaboratively, helping clients clarify what they want to change and why it matters to them. Together, we create realistic, meaningful goals and break them into manageable steps. I regularly check in on progress and adjust as needed so clients feel supported, empowered, and aligned throughout the process.

Our first session

In a first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming space where we explore what brings them to therapy and what they hope to gain. I’ll ask about your history, current challenges, and goals while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of our plan and what working together will look like.
